POEM OF THE DAY
March 26
Behold Douglas turning away from the camera
the shiner imprinted two days earlier;
James sporting the punk haircut
styled by his brother;
the last picture of Cameron’s front tooth,
lost the next week trying to skateboard
over a railroad track;
and Tanya, who now more than fills
her mother’s shoes.
