POEM OF THE DAY
July 26
We are trees without roots
Words without pages.
We are birds without feet
And love without bleeding.
We are home and away
in windows and doors.
We are strangers and friends
Distant yet near.
We are the wind’s rival
howling toward home.
We are trees without roots
Words without pages.
We are birds without feet
And love without bleeding.
We are home and away
in windows and doors.
We are strangers and friends
Distant yet near.
We are the wind’s rival
howling toward home.
