POET OF THE WEEK
Oliver Horner-Devine
Week of January 1
mountains higher
hills lower
wind blows
water flows
around the mountain standing still as stone
lakes glistening
rivers waving
streams twinkling
swallows swoop
around the mountain standing still as stone

FIRST POEM I think this was my first real poem. It started with trying to write a riddle from The Hobbit.
READING NOW Dinosaur Cove by Rex Stone
WRITING LIKE WATER I write smoother things and water is a sign of peace not war. And war is rough.
