የውሃ ብሶት

አምና እንዳሳለፍነው….ከባህሩ ዳርቻ
ዛሬም በቀጠሮ ….ሄድኩና ለብቻ
ውሃን አገኘሁት…ሚስጥሬን ላጋራ
ያለኝን ሳላስቀር ….ሁሉንም ላወራ::
ድሮ የማውቀው ውሃ.…አሁን ግን ደፍርሷል
መልኩ ተጎሳቁሎ….ውበቱ ገርጥቷል
ለምን እንደሆነ …ምክንያቱን ስጠይቅ
እንባ እያነቀው….አጫወተኝ በጭንቅ
እንዲህ ደም ግባቱ … ወዘናው የጠፋው
ውስጡ ተበክሎ…..ዘይት የሚተፋው
በሰው ልጆች ጥፋት …መሆኑን ተረዳው::

THE SORROW OF WATER

As I used to do it before
I went to the sea shore…
And played with water.
And started sharing my secret
Being ready to enjoy at my best.
But the water was not as I expected…
It looked weak and sad
because of the pollution caused by man.
